 Clay & Nessa Vavasseur

 Owners

      Nessa graduated from Louisiana State University in 2001 and is a proud alumnus of the LSU Tiger Band.  Her professional career started as a sales representative in Baton Rouge.  Nessa’s sales career created the dream of one day owning and operating her own janitorial business.

      Clay and Nessa saw tremendous potential in delivering quality janitorial service and support.  Advance Office Care is entering its’ third year of operation and continues to grow at a rapid pace.  The strength of Nessa’s sales and customer service experience combined with Clay’s management and  operation experience provide the foundation of Advanced Office Care.

       Clay joined the military after graduating high school and served honorably for nine years.  While attending college Clay managed restaurants in the Gonzales area.  Clay graduated from the Manship School of Mass Communication at LSU.  Clay expanded his career paths and worked as a Process Operator at BASF for nine years.  Clay benefited from this experience by learning safety management, hazard communication, OSHA compliance and hazard recognition.
